Optima-life programmes now available on Lyfe Wellbeing & Rewards
We are delighted to announce we have partnered with Lyfe Technology – Wellbeing and Rewards to offer online programmes for employees and individuals as part of a rewards and incentives platform.
Lyfe Technology was established in 2021 as a result of a merger between OpenMind Wellbeing and LUX Rewards. LUX has been a company for five years, with the two companies merging as a way to diversify their offerings and reach more suitable, valuable customers. Lyfe Wellbeing is designed to help people achieve a happier, healthier and more rewarding life. It is an online reward platform that enables businesses to support their staff by providing tools to help their wellbeing and gives rewards for using them. More than 300 workplaces are already using Lyfe Wellbeing including organisations such as Accenture and Deloitte. Optima-life, alongside our sister company Living Life Better, are now offering four programmes across Lyfe including:
- Firstbeat Life – designed to help people understand how their bodies are dealing with the demands of everyday life. It uses a heart rate monitor to assess the impact of sleep, stress and physical exercise on an individual and the data is then analysed, with a bespoke plan created for change and progress.
- Sleep Well – a webinar looking at sleep and its role as the most important recharge mechanism we have.
- Developing Resilience for Today’s Working World – a webinar focused on how to maintain performance and avoid burnout while coping with the pressures of modern working.
- The Balance Programme – a workshop covering key issues relating to life at home and work. It provides an opportunity for attendees to reflect on the past, realign themselves to the present and then consider how they will move forward with energy, focus and purpose. The goal is the creation of a plan that enables people to live well and work smart.
Plus, the ability to earn reward points when choosing from Optima-Life services via Lyfe’s channels.
