Optima-life Appoints Ian Iceton As Non-Executive Director

Ian is a highly experienced commercial HR Director, who has a track record of influence at both organisational and c-suite level. He is a qualified accountant (FCMA) and Chartered HR professional (FCIPD) and has extensive HR experience with national and multi-national organisations. Ian is currently managing director of The Cambridge Code for Moloney Search, an executive recruitment specialist. He was previously Group HR Director at investment company River & Mercantile Group, where he was responsible for the development of employee engagement and upskilling the business to match its growth. His career also includes organisations such as Network Rail, SKANSKA and Volkswagen Group UK.

Ian joins Optima-life in a non-executive director role.
