Kate Fismer, MRN BSc
Kate is a Health and Wellbeing consultant, coach and facilitator with a background in Health Sciences and Nutrition. For the last 7 years she has worked in the health and wellbeing industry designing and delivering health, wellbeing and resilience programs, on both a group and 1:1 coaching basis, as well as teaching/training and writing. As well as her work with Optima-Life she is also a Lead Consultant at the University of Westminster’s Centre for Resilience and Lead Consultant/Director of Revolution Resilience. She has a life long passion for understanding how to enhance resilience and wellbeing at the same time as exploring what are the factors that can get in the way. She also has a special interest in Sleep and has had a systematic review published in a peer reviewed journal about sleep research. She is a self-proclaimed data geek with a huge interest also in what is means to be human.
